Mindfulness for beginners
Mindfulness is a mind-body approach towards wellbeing that can help you change the way you respond to life and reduce stress levels.
We focus on the importance of increasing self-awareness to maintain balance within both your mind and body. Today’s stressful environment often results in a way of living that is not healthy or sustainable. This class combines meditation, breathing techniques, guided visualisation and self reflective exercises which can be integrated into your everyday life.
Saturday mornings: 10.30am-12.30pm
Location: Farmstand, Covent Garden
Cost: £45 (please bring cash with you and wear comfortable clothes)
